The PELD Oeste do Pará developed a Newsletter with the aim of updating researchers and scholarship holders associated with the project on the activities carried out throughout the year, as well as presenting some plans for the following year. In addition, the Newsletter bring together texts produced by the scholarship holders themselves and other associated researchers, in which experiences lived within the scope of the project are reported.

The series of Newsletter published on this website is entitled "De vento em POPA" and is released on a semiannual basis. Beyond its internal information role, the material also serves to disseminate the project's activities to the general public, as it is written in accessible language, richly illustrated, and full of hyperlinks that direct readers to a wide range of other products, such as scientific articles, audio summaries of articles, educational materials, guides, applications, news, and much more.
